There is nothing like the fresh, clean flavors of a robust healthy vegetable to inspire a cook to create almost ecstatic dishes that sing of pleasure, appealing to every sense as it is delivered joyously to your placemat at the table. This is what we all love so much.

But the dilemma is: where to find these chefs? The hidden places where such meals are born? The secret hide-aways where you can dine to your heart’s content (and, well, . . . your stomach’s too?) If this is what you hunger for, you’re in the right place! That’s what we love, too -- and what we deliver.

We’ve made restaurant guides and directories available to you, to help you find and choose places to dine extraordinarily well. We have compiled several directories here on our site, and will point you to others -- a selection of our specialized “Zagat’s guides” to great dining experiences.

Oh. Before I forget, here is a little tidbit for anyone not familiar with eating in organic gourmet restaurants. Some restaurants specialize in a particular food or condiment, or are the local "outlet" for micropreneurs or farmers who produce artisanal products. You can often find that special, proprietary salad dressing, or organic honey, or other delectable that was out of this world, for sale behind the counter! It pays to ask :-)

Or, here's another bonus for this page: if the restaurant is serving organic food grown locally they may be willing to share with your some of their sources. Ask them where they buy!
